Up front, I don't like romance stories. They feel contrived and follow a set pattern. At first meeting, girl hates boy and boy hates girl. Boy can't help but notices her eyes, ears, mouth, jeans, etc. Girl can't help but notice shoulders, jaw line, eyes or jeans. It will take a while before they get together, then they will fall apart over some contrived argument before they get back together. This book started out the same way and I had no desire to read the rest. Sorry!
