From the cover, it is clear who this books target audience is meant to be... Oklahoma ranch hands. JK JK. But in all seriousness, this cover definitely conveys "steamy romance." With all of the new modern romance stories coming out now (with covers that I've been falling in love with), this one is giving me Danielle Steele type vibes.
I don't usually like "steamy romances," but based on the description and excerpt, this feels like it could be the next Hallmark Christmas Movie of 2019. I always like a cute, quirky romance and this seems to be it. The brooding male, the desperate female--- who quickly realize their differences and dislike of one another is actually just lust.
