Oh my gosh one of the best first impressions I’ve read by far... the first few chapters were incredibly interesting and I LOVE the author’s writing style. The metaphors, the cultural references to the black artists and writers made me so happy inside! UGH I’m so excited for when this book comes out so I can read the rest!
