So Far I Am LOVING The Taking of Jake Livingston
Starting off with the outside of the book, I think the cover is absolutely amazing! Its spooky, but also very eye-catching. It is what made me attracted to the book in the first place!
As for the actual book, so far I am loving it. I love ghost stories and YA Thriller/Horror, and this is right up my alley. I think it is a very new perspective to have an otherwise normal teenage boy being a medium. As a Black woman, I am always excited to read about Black main characters as well! I cannot wait to see where this story goes next!
