This book has the most engaging descriptions I've read in a while. None of them detract from the plot and no passage feels sluggish. I'm floored! Aside from that: I'm really intrigued by our characters, and find myself wanting to be a part of their journey. I don't think they have distinctive voices, but the style is distinct enough to remember which chapter belongs to whom, which is always an added bonus.
