A creepy and intriguing start

This sounds like it will be an interesting read. It gave me a little bit of the Haunting of Sunshine Girl vibes with a teen who has to deal with an angry spirit. Jake feels almost disengaged from his life at first so it’ll be interesting to see how his character grows throughout the story. Overall, this has a great start. I found it really intriguing and it definitely makes me want to read more.
