This book was very confusing. I had such high hopes that the book would get better after reading the “first look” provided by Bookishfirst, but it only got more confusing. The main character operates a greenhouse and obtains a plant that makes his entire world wonky. When I read this book it felt like a poorly done Pulp Fiction. The author was all over the place and the storyline was impossible to follow. Maybe I’m not just as intellectual as you need to be to read this book but in my opinion could’ve been done much better. I believe that if the storyline was easier to follow that it could be a great book. The idea is unique and if mastered correctly could be as good as Pulp Fiction. Overall, I don’t know if would pick this one off the shelf.
