I love sushi, but I'm not sure how I feel about the Sushi Chronicles. I think maybe it was written with someone a bit younger and much hipper in mind. Right off the bat, the music and pop culture references were not in my sphere of knowledge so the book didn't resonate with me. Just not my style.
