This book is a bit confusing to me, not only did the author not introduce the characters, but the first page goes to dialogue between them, expecting that'd I be interested. I can't tell you what was going on, and plus the author uses r*tard on the first page and it just put me off with it being so crass from the get-go. Hard pass.
