The cover and title go really well to explain this book as being a bright uplifting book. The Sunshine is a devotional written by women essentially for women although I wouldn't take away from anyone reading it and being uplifted. I have not read the whole book since this isn't a read in one sitting or over a few days style of reading. I like how it is broken down into short day to day sections to let you focus on each day to read and also reflect before you move on. Life for many especially women can be so full there isn't a lot of time so this fits well into a daily routine and being a devotional can create inspiring thoughts to develop. I like how both women used life experiences to relate to the message they were writing about, and I think that can connect with more readers at different ages. There are many ways people can practice their faith and how they incorporate it into their lives so I think this book is a refreshing way to give others a balance to incorporating a little more practice into their day to day.
