If you are a religious Christian, this book is meant for you!
The Sunshine Mind is a book that had a lot of great faith and positivity surrounding it. I loved all of the Bible quotes throughout the book and thought both of the authors, Tanya and Raquelle, were very relatable. I think they did a great job of representing what it means to be a Christian and gave little suggestions at the end of each chapter based on what that topic was about. Every chapter, or "day," had a different theme. I liked the way they were both vulnerable at times and shared personal stories.
I have not seen a book like this in a long time. I feel like I am seeing less and less of God's words being talked about and rejoiced as time goes by. I was very pleased with the way both women took examples from their lives and directly related it to the daily prompt. I found what they said to be truthful and most of the tips per chapter were beneficial.
