I'm simply the wrong audience for this book. I agree that habit-forming affirmations are extremely important to improved life outcomes and building confidence. However, I don't believe in forcing the mind-body connection to be religious. I'm sure Christians would likely enjoy this book, but it is not one I would ever choose to purchase or read.
