While I’m not a huge fan of the cover, I do think this would be a good Christian devotional for any stage of a Christian walk. I personally find that the little stories/thoughts from the authors’ lives helps me to think a bit more on my own thoughts/situations more easily. I also like that they gave a few (not just one) practical ways for people to take a moment and let God get more into our lives and help to start to change our own thoughts towards a more positive outlook.
