The book is broken up into multiple small lessons each with a short how to for incorporating good habits into your life. The table of contents seems interesting.
The book itself seems fine. I didn’t connect with the voice, style, or the way they tell their anecdotes. It’s all a little too “shiny life” for me. But that’s just me.
