I'm not a fan of so-called "self-help" books, and then the added Christian aspect on top of it is a hard no for me. The excerpt felt fake and too showy, too much forced positivity, and too much religion. I'm sure this book will have its audience, but it is a specific audience, and I'm not part of that.
