While the Sunshine Mind is an interesting book that I am sure others will enjoy, it wasn't for me. I made the mistake of not reading the synopsis before I read the First Look. Had I done so, then I would have been better prepared for this book and had different expectations. I work in the mental health field so I'm always leary of books such as this and how easy it is to have information misinterpreted. The writing style and some of the initial story shared was a little cringy for me.
