I’m glad you get introspection to the people who will be giving you advice. You want to know where the people telling you how to live your life are coming from. From the bit I got to read I feel like it is presented with a good attitude. They are not telling you they have all the answers but letting you know what helped them. I have read books before that basically say this is the way and the only way to do this. And I hate it. But I didn’t get that fell from this.
