I enjoyed reading the beginning parts of this book as it includes a forward from Selena Gomez and introductions from her two friends, who are the authors of this book. The cover is very interesting and I think would be eye catching on the bookshelf, but I don't think this book is for me. I have nothing against religion, but I noticed I like self help books without a religion being involved.
