I'm not the target demographic but I liked the style and message of the book.
This book interweaves personal anecdotes from the authors' life and (faith-centered) advice for some common challenges of modern life - career and relationship woes, dealing with stress, keeping an optimistic outlook, etc. These are secular problems but the approach is from a very specific perspective that is rooted in faith, which may or may not be for everyone. The cover pretty accurately captures the tone of the book (optimistic, self-help), but doesn't explicitly call out the God aspect.
