The past few years have been devastating to our families, community, country, and the world. Many people have turned away from God and His teachings, and have turned to hate, crime, drugs, etc., in enormous numbers. Maybe it is time to return to our basic teachings to find peace in ourselves. This book seems to be a guide to find that love for ourselves and others that we seem to have lost.
