good layout; practical tips

My first impression of The Sunshine Mind is that the co-authors are relatable and likeable. I like how the book is laid out with the lesson of the day, and the author's experiences and perspectives. I also enjoyed the practical tips however I am somewhat skeptical that new tips will be available as the book goes on. It may have been more beneficial to have the first look provide more of the book content to address these concerns.
