I love devotionals, so I was excited for this one. But... I'm a bit confused. Yes, it promotes positivity and faith, but it feels more like a memoir with and optimistic twist. The beginning of the book was a bit exhausting with all the introductions and such, so I was glad to finally reach the "meat" only to be a bit confused by it all.
