I'm not particularly a fan of self help books, but I do see how some people might gravitate to them. Specifically this one, as it is a cheery and positive self help book for good faithed Christians.
I myself am not a fan of 'cheery' self help books because they tend to sound overly cheesy and condescending. But I think this books does a good job at avoiding that, and being true to itself.
Overall, not bad. Just not for me.
