This book is organized into very short little chapters with reflection exercises/suggestions at the end. I definitely think this seems like a great read for Christians (it has a lot of Jesus and God references) who want bite-size daily content. It was not my taste, but I'm not the target audience and I acknowledge that bias in this first impression!
