I love the formatting of this book. It's vulnerable and insightful, while being informative and open. The introductions at the beginning are much needed for a book of this nature. I love that there's a story and then an insight and thought provoker following. The colors used on the pages open the mind and highlight the words on the pages perfectly. This is going to be a life changing read!
