I like the bright cheerful cover of this book and it fits its contents. I read the blurb and rolled my eyes because the only thing I dislike more than self help books are books that reference God. That said, when I started reading it, it was better than I thought. It was introduced by Selena Gomez which impressed and surprised me. I liked the writing of the two authors but it does come from a place of incredible privilege. The actual lessons seem short and trite to me however.
