Fantasy is not really my genre of choice, so I wasn’t a huge fan of this excerpt. The first part of the book was really confusing to me. However, I did like Teo’s sense of humor. It seems like it could be kind of similar to The Hunger Games, which isn’t necessarily bad, but just not interesting to me.
