I have been captivated by this cover since it came out! I am so ready for this book based soley on the cover, but reading the synopsis I find myself even more ready for it. The book seems like it's going to be a fun mythological retelling of sorts and I am so happy with the representation that will go into this work. The cover sets the theme that it's going to focus on this character and their journey. I love the pops of the leaves in the corners to signify that we'll be in a woodsy/jungle setting and I love the skull and the light around it, hinting at death possibly.
