I have read every single one of Charlie Donlea’s books and this one is just as amazing as the rest of them.
I really related to Rory with the Social Anxiety which has made me drawn to her from the start.
I did find the timelines and the flip flop back and forth a little confusing in the beginning but once I got deeper into the book it became easier to follow. There was so much going on and so many characters I felt it took away from the story itself.
These gruesome murders kept me at the edge of my seat and fully intrigued the entire time.
Something about the boarding school setting already had a creepy and chilling atmosphere, so this just added to the novel.
I love that Donlea’s novels can be read as a stand alone but all intertwine.
