I don’t know why, but I love a well drawn book that takes place in a prep school, so it was already in the win column for me. I didn’t realize this was a sequel when I started it, so I’d like to go back and read the first book. Rory and Lane were and interesting pairing and the mystery of what happened here was dark and well thought out.

I didn’t realize this was a sequel when I started the book and I’d like to go back and read the first, but I didn’t feel like I was missing anything and this can be read as a stand alone novel.
