I really enjoyed this book! I loved how much detail was in this book and the writing style. Some of the detail was gruesome, but it made the story all that much better in my opinion. When I began reading this book I was unaware that it was part of a series. I read it as a standalone and I think it would have been less confusing if I read the other books in the series first! With that said, this was an awesome thriller! I loved the multiple point of views and character development. Even the unlikeable characters were well developed which kept me intrigued. The plot is unique and unpredictable, but confusing at times. I loved the incorporation of mixed media. The true crime podcast was a great addition and made the plot even more interesting. This was the first book that I have read by this author, but it will certainly not be the last! If you enjoy chilling, gruesome, and twisted murder mystery thrillers then this is the book for you!
