This book kept me on the edge of my seat and refused to let me go. I read alot, so I see alot of plot lines or character tropes getting reused. This book still managed to keep my interest and kept me invested in the characters. I felt like they were relatable and interesting. Watcjing them grow and develop was a great way to stay with the story and actually care about the end results.
If I had to write anything negative, it would be the word choice and flow. At times, the word choice was jarring and took me out of the moment. I had to go back and reread certain passages more than once just to make sure I had followed the story and was not loosing little tip bits along the way. Over all though, that did not stop me from loving this story.
I absolutely love the cover of this book. The red stands out and immediately catches my eye and draws me in. This is definitely a book I will be recommending to my friends.
