I won this book in a contest from a penguin random house contest that I received in my email and was so excited to win a copy after I read the first look here, the book did not disappoint!! The creepy woods, the abandoned boarding house, even teacher row gave me the creeps!! Besides being totally thrown off who was committing murders, I loved Rory and Lane what a duo!! Rory is my favorite of all the characters and I loved how she pulled things apart and solved so many missing pieces!! This is my first time reading a book written by Charlie Donlea and I am excited to read them all now, and also get to dive back in with the familiar characters of Rory and Lane in his other standalone novels written! Great book and great writing skills, definitely worth the read!!
