Spooky, Mystery, Vivid Characters and Moments

This has just enough mystery to get any mystery lover going, but just the amount of spookiness to make this excerpt difficult to read at night. Definitely a perfect read for any lover of Thrillers. The writing itself is very well done, and although this may be outside my usual genre, the story is pretty enthralling, and I just want to know more, and just like the characters of the book, figure out what the deal is with the Suicide House. It's a bit confusing with all of the different characters at first, because I was expecting a one-detective point of view that is so common, but it was a nice surprise once I had sorted out who everyone was! The cover is definitely appealing, and has just the right amount of creep factor.
