The Suicide House by Charlie Donlea is not the kind of book I usually read. It's darker and more creepy than what I am used to. The confession right at the beginning gave me an uncomfortable feeling in my chest that persisted as I kept reading but it also kept me very intrigued. It instilled this morbid want to hear more stories like this one in the rest of the book. The short description we get of part of the slaughter is enough to make anyone uncomfortable and the rest of the First Look is enough to keep you hooked. While I'm not sure if I'll be able to read the entire book myself, I do like the writing style and think it will be a great book for those that enjoy these stories.
