First of all, the cover of this book is amazing. It has an eerie feel that adds to the suspense of the novel. I love how this book starts. It also takes the new wave of Podcasts and implements it into the story right from the beginning. Podcasts are a current way of investigative learning and I think it's so interesting when used in books. I like that we follow Ryder as she is listening to the Podcast so we get her view and opinions but yet we hear what she is hearing and can create our own thoughts of what happened at Westmont Prep. I also enjoyed the look from a past student and the writer of the podcast, Mack. One of my favorite things is reading a book from different character's perspectives to see how the story comes together. After reading the first few chapters, I can already tell it's going to be a suspenseful and intriguing read.
