I'm so curious about the rest of this story! I don't always take to thriller stories, but The Suicide House, so far, has enough mystery, mayhem, and madness to keep me reading. I was instantly interested in this book because of the first excerpt from the mind of a killer, which was mind-bending! At first, I thought that this person was just a sad witness to the tragic death of their brother and who understandably felt responsible, but as the details emerged I realized (with a jolt!) that they WERE responsible, and proud!? This introduction alone has me invested, excited, and anxious for more, but as I continued, I could sense the attention given to the writing style around different characters. I appreciate this nuanced approach!

Also, the cover is perfect! It screams quaint, comfy boarding school with more going on than meets the eye, as you can see upon closer inspection.

Thank you for the opportunity to read this sample.
