The cover is amazing, the contrast of colors between the red blood and the blue window panes really draw the eye. The story really has a solid hook, its creepy and interesting and completely drew me in. The only thing that seemed strange to me was that in the summary Rory Moore and Lane Phillips seemed to be set up as the main characters tasked with solving this intriguing mystery. However in the first look Ryder Hillier and Mack Carter were seemed to be leading the charge and I feel more connected and invested in them solving the murder than Lane Phillips who doesn't seem to be introduced until part II. Overall though, the writing style is descriptive and compelling and I'm interested to see how the story shakes out!
