An OCD spectrum character who is shown as being emotionally distant and brilliant at their work is...a tiring trope that is coming back again. There is something that is starting to feel overdone when it comes to all people on the spectrum being only shown as brilliant. I would love to see a character on the spectrum who didn't fall into the savant category.
