I'll start with, Thank you for giving me the opportunity to read this book and for being able to give my honest review.
I really loved the world that the author created. The book was definitely filled with alot of action and adventure. Two things that I love. Pirates, queens, and an army of the read who wouldn't be entertained?
I gave the book 3 stars mainly because if the main character. I didn't feel a connection with her at all and was annoyed by some her personality traits and actions. The storyline hyped her up to be very intelligent and i just didn't seem to agree. I also don't like whiney main characters. All in all the story is good just not a fan of Buc. I'm hoping for another book to tie up some loose ends despite my 3 stars I will be reading a second book if there is one.
