While I tend to like books with intricate worlds very different from "the real world", I just can't get into this book. The first few chapters, that are supposed to introduce you to all kinds of world building things, leave me with so many questions, I lost track. Which is a shame, because it seemed like just the kind of book I'd love!
I'm positive that there will be scores of people who won't have the same problem, but this book just isn't for me.
