I think that The Sin in the Steel could very much be an interesting book. The protagonist is shown to try and think her way out of their initial problems. The reveal of what happened in the warehouse was slowly dripped in before being revealed. I'm left curious about how the author is going to deal with keeping his Holmesian protagonist ahead of things without either losing the audience or making her feel not nearly as clever as she's meant to be. I'm definitely interested in reading more.
