I am not usually fond of novels about war, especially when there is a lot of war discussion in the daily news. However, this seems like a compelling story right from the start. I expect I will want to read the book to the end as the tone is suspenseful and has drawn me in right away but it will be quite a tragic read in the end nonetheless.
