The cover is perfect for the genre - historical fiction. Truthfully, I don't read a ton of historical fiction, but the first look drew me in and now I want to read the rest of the book. I just hope it doesn't end sadly! Both characters had strong voices and I felt like I was there with them, so excited to see where the book goes.
