WHAT A STORY -complex yet I was not able to put this book down!!
This book blew my mind.. Our past shapes us!! AMEN to that!! I read book in 3 days! I just could not put it down to the dismay of my messy house! As I read about Alicia and her childhood and devastating loss of her mother, my heart went out to her.. Then she marries a man who she believes Gabriel to escape feelings of loss that her father has imprinted on her heart.. All the while, this pyschotherapist seems so obsessive with Alicia & I wasn't sure what to make of Theo and what were his true intentions.. And all the while, Theo is dealing with a wife that he catches cheating on him!!
So how does ALL this have to do with each other????
You will have to read the book to see how all these characters come together. And to find out......... DID ALICIA REALLY KILL HER HUSBAND? And if so... WHY???
And why is she struck silent????
