HOLY TWIST.
This book started off slow for me (hence the 4 stars rather than 5), but once it started picking up, I could not put it down. I NEEDED to find out what Alicia's truth was and how Theo played into it all. I couldn't believe the twists and turns this book took to get to a conclusion I never would have predicted -- and I usually pride myself in being able to figure out mysteries before the twist happens!
I struggled to relate to any of the characters, but I almost feel like that air of mystery worked in the books favor - don't get too close to anyone, because you never know who they really are. Usually, that would cause me to knock a star off, but it worked so well that it added a star!
