This book was pretty crazy in terms of twists and turns and keeping you on your toes. I was thoroughly invested throughout the whole thing and quite literally couldn’t put it down. Was up until like 3 am because I had to know how it ended. Personally, thought it was the perfect thriller and particularly loved the exploration of Greek mythology. Would 100% recommend! Was thoroughly invested in both Alicia’s story and Theo’s. There were definitely some plot holes but mostly I didn’t think of them until after the fact when reading other people’s reviews. The twist was epic and as much as I can’t believe I didn’t see it coming, it took me by total surprise. I love that kind of twist that thoroughly rocks you and you can’t believe you didn’t catch. Was it written in a way to trick you? Maybe? Do I care? No. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a suspenseful psychological thriller.
