I really enjoyed this wild ride! If you read a lot of mysteries, you may guess where it's going but it's still executed really well. When you think that you have an idea of what is going on, the book makes you question all your thoughts! Theo Faber, a psychotherapist, narrates the story, which starts with him getting a new position at the Grove. The Grove's most notorious patient is Alicia Berenson, an artist who famously murdered her husband and never spoke again. We follow Theo as he tries to be the one who finally breaks through Alicia's drug-induced stupor and gets her to tell the story of that fateful night. I enjoyed the twists and turns this thriller took and it had me hooked from the start! I found the book entirely too easy to consume, as I finished it in only two days!
