I am in love with this book! I have moved it to my favorite book ever!
When I first received The Silent Patient as an ARC, I wasn’t aware of the twist that is at the end. To me, I think it was better because of that. I wasn’t looking for it. Therefore, at any point I wasn’t trying to figure out the ending. I just assumed it was going to be just a story about the new doctor trying to make her talk.
Since finishing The Silenf Patient, I have read at least 20 more but none of them have came close to the book hangover I experienced with The Silent Patient. I am anxiously waiting to find the next book that reminds me as to why I started reading (and getting no housework done) in the first place.
