I really loved reading the silent patient. I started it after hearing so many raving reviews about it. There was a several month wait at the library but I ended up caving and buying it before it was ready in anticipation of reading it. I loved how it makes you constantly think and wonder what will happen. And I absolutely love the twist after constantly pondering why Alicia was silent. Out of all the outcomes I thought possible, I did not expect the twist that happened. It was very well written and very creative. It’s been several months and I still think about this entire book frequently! I read this book in less than a day, it was so gripping from start to finish. I love storylines that keep me hooked and guessing from start to finish. I think the cover is very intriguing as well, it definitely caught my attention. I definitely understand why so many people have recommended this book!
